Open to Australian citizens or permanent residents aged 18–25

For performers:

• A video (max 3 min) of you singing an audition cut of an Australian musical theatre song

• A headshot or clear photo

• A short bio (dot points or 1–2 sentences)

• One short written response (why this award helps you right now)

• 1–2 original song demos (video or audio)

• Lyric sheets (PDF)

• A short song context blurb

• A headshot or clear photo

• A short bio (dot points or 1–2 sentences)

• One short written response (why this award helps you right now)

📅 Key Dates

• Submissions close: 5:00 PM, Friday 15 August 2025

• Finalists announced: Monday 8 September 2025

• Live concert event: Early December 2025 (exact date TBC)

• 12 performers will be invited to perform

• 5 writers will have a song performed

• Award winners announced live at the event
